As for the NO-CD, are you certain you are putting the file in the right place? Is it asking you to overwrite the old file, and if so are you clicking yes? The no-cd's have been used for a long time now for that game and they work.. I myself have used them and play without a CD. Also, have you updated the game to version 1. Be sure to overwrite the old file. If you continue to have problems, post here and lemme know.
Yep im quite sure im putting the crack in the right folder, it's asking me to overwrite and im clicking yes. I just tried the gimpsRus and FairLight that you linked im running 1. The FFF link is not working though Also, I have the install CD so i didnt download the game or anything, if that has something to do with my problem.
Basically it's unplayable. Yet doom3 runs without any hitches at all with the CD in.
